The Integrity of our Tallow

How an animal is raised and what they eat has a direct correlation to the nutritional quality of your food and how it supports your body’s overall health. The skin is the largest organ of the body, with a total area of about 20 square feet. The skin protects us from microbes and the elements, helps regulate body temperature, and permits the sensations of touch, heat, and cold.

Our tallow is derived from the leaf fat from our organic cattle. Our tallow carries the ‘Organic Soil Association’ and  ‘ A Greener World’ certification, providing reassurance of nutrient quality, high ethics and traceability amongst a world of misleading products.
