WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If your order has not arrived 2 days after it was due, please email or call me. Packages do get delayed or even lost in the post. We will replace it.

If you order online we don’t keep your card details.

Hayes Farm does not pass on or resell your details. However a few companies do need to see your details in order to process the order, these include the delivery companies (e.g. Royal mail, APC and our bank (who process payments)

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE HOLD ON YOU?

We only hold the basic information we need in order to make the website fully functional and secure. We do log visitor traffic to understand which areas of the website appeal to customers and to secure the website (so we are aware if someone is trying to attack the website). We do keep a full history of your orders to assist you in the future.

Your order will be dispatched in the manner specified by you on checkout. 

RETURNS AND PROBLEMS

Our return policy is based on fairness, common sense and British law. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we would ask you to contact us immediately. Our terms state you must inform us within 24 hours.

If you are not satisfied with a non perishable items such as Tallow & Skincare, please inform us and return the item. We will issue a refund on receipt. We cannot accept return due to the perishable nature of the product and in accordance with Health and Safety.

If an order goes missing we will replace or refund. If the courier or post has attempted a delivery, it is your responsibility to follow this up with the carrier. Refunds will only be issued on receipt of products back from the carrier.

We do not offer refunds for international order issues arsing from country specific customs and duties costs. We ship our goods at 0% tax and it your responsibility to liaise with your customs to release the goods. Refunds will only be issued on receipt of products back from the carrier minus shipping costs.
